No. TimeEase does not store any worklog data outside your Jira instance. All queries and calculations run entirely within Jira's infrastructure, ensuring full compliance with your organisation's data governance policies.
Is TimeEase really free for small teams?
Yes. Teams with up to 10 users get access to all premium features at no cost — no credit card required, no hidden limits. For larger teams, a free 30-day trial of all premium features starts automatically on install.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you choose not to subscribe, TimeEase automatically reverts to the free plan. All your data is preserved — premium features are simply disabled until you upgrade. You can subscribe at any time to re-enable them.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time via the Atlassian Marketplace. Changes take effect immediately and no data is lost when switching tiers.
Who can see my team's worklogs?
TimeEase fully respects Jira's native permission model. If you can see a project or issue in Jira, you will see the same data in TimeEase. If you cannot see it in Jira, it won't appear in TimeEase either.
