How do I give someone kudos?
Open a Jira issue, add a comment, and select the teammate you want to recognize. KudEase sends the kudos and adds it to their leaderboard total.
Is there a limit to how many kudos I can give?
Yes. Each user has a daily quota of 5 kudos, and you can't give kudos to yourself — this keeps recognition genuine rather than routine.
